• Innovations Group UAE is seeking an experienced and strategic Profit Centre Head to lead a key business unit based in Dubai. The role demands a visionary leader with strong expertise in financial management, business development, operations, and team leadership. The ideal candidate must have 15–20 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a Profit Centre Head role within industries such as construction, engineering, infrastructure, or manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement profit-oriented strategies and annual business plans to align with company goals.

• Operational Oversight: Lead daily operations for maximum efficiency and service quality; drive process improvements and cost optimization.

• Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, ensure budget compliance, and drive revenue while maintaining cost discipline.

• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Analyze market trends, assess customer needs, and respond proactively to competitive changes.

• Client & Stakeholder Relations: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, ensuring sustained business and satisfaction.

• Team Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team; promote a culture of accountability, integrity, and innovation.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, legal norms, and ethical business practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech); MBA preferred

• 15–20 years of industry experience with a minimum of 5 years in a Profit Centre Head role

• Background in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial acumen

Salary: AED 15,000 – AED 18,000 per month + Standard UAE Benefits
