CX Labs is looking to hire a warm, experienced, and highly professional Live-in Nanny to provide attentive and developmentally supportive care for children in a safe and nurturing household environment. The role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves working with children and is dedicated to supporting their growth and well-being.

Job Role:
As a Live-in Nanny, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day childcare tasks, fostering early development, and supporting the family’s routine with energy, patience, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Provide top-quality care including feeding, bathing, changing, and maintaining child safety.

• Plan and carry out age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.

• Support developmental milestones through structured play, reading, and learning.

• Keep children’s areas neat and organized.

• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children.

• Maintain and follow daily routines (naps, playtime, bedtime).

• Administer authorized medication if needed and monitor health.

• Communicate regularly with parents about routines, development, and needs.

• Accompany or supervise during appointments, outings, or travel.

• Maintain confidentiality and act with professionalism at all times.

Skills and Requirements:

• 2–5 years of prior nanny or childcare experience.

• Fluent in English.

• Non-smoker.

• Excellent references from previous employers or families.

Personal Qualities:

• Patient, nurturing, and dependable.

• Energetic and imaginative.

• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

• Trustworthy, discreet, and adaptable.
