• Keep accurate records of each journey, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents, reporting this data to the supervisor.

• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with passengers in a respectful and professional manner.

• Address passenger inquiries and assist them during their trip, ensuring a smooth and comfortable journey.

• Utilize navigation tools effectively to plan and optimize routes, minimizing delays and maximizing efficiency.

• Maintain a professional demeanor, demonstrating reliability and customer care at all times.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Current and valid driver’s license for operating company vehicles.

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and engagement.

• Proficient in using navigation tools and technology for route planning.

• Excellent time management skills to ensure punctuality and minimize delays.

• Ability to maintain accurate records and report data as required.

• UAE residency preferred for familiarity with local routes and regulations.
