Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Professional Driver to provide exceptional customer service and ensure safe, timely transportation. This role demands both physical stamina and strong organizational skills, as well as a courteous demeanor when interacting with passengers or clients. You will also be responsible for documenting trip details, maintaining vehicle condition, and optimizing routes to enhance efficiency and punctuality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service by courteously addressing passenger inquiries and providing assistance during transit

• Maintain detailed travel logs, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents, and report them to your supervisor regularly

• Adhere to all safety protocols and demonstrate calm, competent driving in challenging or emergency situations

• Plan and optimize travel routes by evaluating traffic patterns, road conditions, and weather forecasts

• Support cargo loading/unloading and conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Ensure timely task completion, managing your schedule effectively to meet all delivery or transport commitments
