Job Title: Professional Driver

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to operate company SUVs or Sedans for the transportation of passengers and goods across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must be punctual, safety-focused, and familiar with UAE roads. Preference will be given to candidates residing in Dubai and available to work flexible schedules, including weekends or holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles (SUV or Sedan) to transport passengers and/or cargo.

• Follow assigned schedules and designated routes efficiently.

• Ensure the safety of passengers, goods, and vehicle at all times.

• Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and well-maintained.

• Maintain detailed records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and incidents.

• Assist with loading/unloading when required.

• Adhere strictly to UAE traffic laws and company policies.

• Work a 48-hour week and submit weekly timesheets.

• Follow instructions from the administrative assistant and supervisor at the IRC AD office.

• Be available to work between both Dubai and Abu Dhabi (Dubai-based preferred).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid UAE driver’s license for appropriate vehicle type.

• 1–3 years of professional driving experience in the UAE.

• Clean driving record and strong knowledge of UAE roads.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Physically fit; able to lift packages if necessary.

• Medical Fitness Test clearance (BP, diabetes, vision, general health).

• No criminal record.

• Willingness to follow IRC overtime policy (time off in lieu of overtime).

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior customer service experience.

• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
