Job Title: Professional Delivery Truck Driver 

Job Description:
We are seeking a responsible and safety-focused Professional Delivery Truck Driver to join our logistics team in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will ensure 100% compliance with all company policies and UAE Road and Transport Authority regulations. This role is essential in delivering goods — particularly cold chain products — on time and in perfect condition, primarily servicing McDonald’s and similar accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strict adherence to company rules, safety guidelines, and operating procedures.

• Operate company-owned trucks (5- and 10-ton) with professionalism and Tender Loving Care (TLC).

• Conduct thorough pre-trip vehicle inspections using the company’s Vehicle Check List.

• Assist with the accurate and secure loading of goods onto trucks.

• Ensure 95% or higher On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance.

• Maintain cold chain transport standards, including usage of Euroscan temperature monitoring systems.

• Perform routine truck maintenance as per DQMP (Distribution Quality Management Program) standards.

• Ensure 98% Service Level compliance through proper planning and execution.

• Uphold hygiene, cleanliness, and professional conduct to meet McDonald’s delivery standards.

• Accept and fulfill other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid UAE driving license for 5- and 10-ton trucks.

• Minimum height of 5’7″ and weight of 80 kg.

• Strong command of English (spoken, written, and reading).

• Demonstrates good moral character: trustworthy, loyal to the company, obedient, clean, kind, friendly, and helpful.

• Prior experience with cold chain logistics is an advantage.
