Job Title: Professional Cleaning Associate

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Associate to join our professional cleaning team. In this role, you will carry out a variety of cleaning duties across residential, commercial, and specialized environments to ensure hygienic and well-maintained spaces. You will be trained to handle tools, chemicals, and procedures to meet high-quality service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth cleaning of residential spaces including rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and balconies.

• Clean and maintain office buildings, commercial properties, and shared facilities.

• Assist in cleaning water tanks and duct systems under supervision and after proper training.

• Sanitize kitchens, exhaust systems, and associated equipment.

• Deep clean carpets, upholstery, and curtains using suitable equipment and solutions.

• Maintain cleanliness of floors, glass, and wall surfaces using proper techniques and tools.

• Ensure restrooms and sanitation facilities are hygienic and well-stocked.

• Use appropriate cleaning agents and tools for different tasks and surfaces.

• Safely dispose of waste materials and cleaning supplies.

• Report any observed damage or maintenance needs to supervisors promptly.

• Follow established safety, hygiene, and cleaning protocols at all times.

• Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors to complete assigned tasks.

• Show flexibility to work at various client locations across the UAE as scheduled.

Skills & Requirements:

• No previous experience necessary; complete training will be provided.

• Physically fit and capable of handling physically demanding cleaning tasks.

• Basic understanding of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.

• Ability to follow clear instructions and work both independently and within a team.

• Willingness to work in diverse environments including residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to delivering quality service.
