Agthia Group PJSC is hiring a Production Supervisor to oversee bottled water production at its Al Ain facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth line operations, adherence to food safety standards, and production efficiency while minimizing downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

🏭 Supervise and coordinate bottled water production to meet daily targets.
✅ Ensure adherence to HACCP, GMP, and quality control standards in collaboration with the QA & Food Safety team.
🔧 Oversee operations of filling, capping, labeling, and packaging processes.
👥 Lead, train, and motivate production staff while ensuring SOP compliance.
⚙️ Work with maintenance teams to reduce breakdowns and improve OEE.
📊 Maintain production records and report key performance metrics (efficiency, wastage, downtime).
⚠️ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
🛠️ Minimum 5 years of experience in beverage bottling plants (preferably water).
📈 Knowledge of OEE, TPM, and Lean Manufacturing is an advantage.
🚀 Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
🤖 Expertise in bottling machines (e.g., blow molding, filling, capping, labeling).
