Job Description:

Universal Rubber Belt Manufacturing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Planner to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient production schedules, coordinating resources, and optimizing workflow to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage production schedules to align with customer requirements and deadlines.

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure material availability and streamline operations.

• Monitor production progress, promptly addressing any delays or challenges.

• Optimize resource utilization to enhance efficiency and minimize waste.

• Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory levels, and demand forecasts.

• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

• 4 to 5 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of production planning principles, supply chain processes, and inventory management.

• Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate effectively across departments.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while managing multiple priorities.

Salary & Location:

• Salary: AED 4,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).

• Location: UAE (Applicants must be based in the UAE).
