Job Purpose:

The Production Operator IV will be responsible for operating machinery, handling raw materials, monitoring production processes, and ensuring quality compliance. The role requires experience in industrial production, safety procedures, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare raw materials and packaging, ensuring correct weight, type, and lot/batch numbers.
• Operate production equipment including mixers and reactors following safety and quality protocols.
• Monitor and document production parameters, ensuring compliance with work instructions.
• Perform quality control checks and necessary adjustments.
• Ensure proper labeling and packaging of final products.
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and operational condition.
• Report any deviations or safety concerns to the Production Manager/Supervisor.
• Follow all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policies.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or basic education degree.
• 5+ years of experience as Production Operator III or 7+ years in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of MS Office and ability to read work orders, safety regulations, and quality procedures.
• Ability to work shifts and perform physically demanding tasks.

✅ Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in chemical mixing and packaging processes.
• Basic English proficiency for understanding safety instructions and work orders.

Physical Environment:

• Standing for long periods.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs (or up to 100 lbs with assistance).
• Exposure to normal chemical industry conditions (temperature, dust, smell, noise).
