Adam International FZCO is seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to lead cigarette manufacturing operations at their Jebel Ali Free Zone facility. This on-site role focuses on managing end-to-end production, optimizing efficiency, ensuring compliance, and driving quality across all manufacturing units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end production: Maker, Packer, and Filter units.

• Oversee machinery installation, preventive & routine maintenance, repairs, and safety.

• Drive productivity, quality, and efficiency across all production units.

• Plan and manage workforce schedules, shifts, and shop floor discipline.

• Monitor raw material utilization, minimize wastage, and optimize costs.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

• Train, mentor, and develop production staff to achieve performance targets.

• Collaborate with business partners and internal/external teams on production matters.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Production Manager in a cigarette/tobacco manufacturing company (mandatory).

• Expertise in Making Machines (PROTOS, G.D., etc.), Packing Machines (FOCKE, G.D., Wrapper machines, etc.), and Filter Machines (KDF).

• 5–10 years of industry experience with a proven track record in managing large-scale factory operations.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong time management abilities.

• Fluent in written and conversational English; Arabic is desirable.
