Job Title: Production Line Operator

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Line Operator to join our manufacturing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling products, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment while efficiently managing equipment and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble products manually or using tools/equipment in accordance with production specifications.

• Conduct detailed inspections to ensure products meet quality standards and perform adjustments when necessary.

• Operate machinery and manufacturing equipment efficiently to meet production deadlines.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to support operational efficiency.

• Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and report major technical problems to supervisors.

• Follow company safety guidelines and protocols consistently throughout operations.

Skills Required:

• Excellent physical dexterity and strength; able to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.

• Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery.

• Strong adherence to safety protocols and organizational policies.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production setting.

• Experience working in a factory or production environment is a plus.
