Yokogawa, a globally recognized leader in industrial automation and digital solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Production Controller to join its team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic assembly, production control, and preventive maintenance, with the ability to lead, train, and supervise technicians on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Modify pressure transmitters in accordance with Yokogawa procedures, QMS standards, and technical drawings.

• Train and certify technicians periodically based on the SKILL MATRIX, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency.

• Safely handle all assembly equipment and conduct preventive maintenance as per schedules.

• Execute daily production tasks based on the daily plan; print YGS and TML System sheets; supervise team performance.

• Maintain a clean, organized work environment by following 5S principles.

• Identify and report data entry errors from upstream processes and work with management on corrective actions.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic assembly and production operations.

• Industrial Training Institute (ITI) certification as a Fitter or equivalent technical discipline.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills related to electronic components and systems.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficient in using Windows OS and basic PC operations.

• Experience working with production software and collaborative tools.

• Strong communication and team supervision capabilities.
