Imdad is hiring a Product Specialist – Medical Device in Dubai to promote, sell, and support the company’s medical devices to new and existing customers. This role involves consultative sales, product demonstrations, after-sales support, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform consultative sales, prospect new clients, and identify opportunities for Imdad products.

• Schedule appointments and meet with existing and new customers to promote products.

• Conduct professional demonstrations and presentations of company products/services.

• Maintain accurate customer database including ownership, contacts, and equipment details.

• Submit weekly reports on sales activities, competitor activities, and pricing changes.

• Follow up on accounts receivables for assigned sales accounts.

• Build and maintain excellent relationships with doctors, key personnel, and decision-makers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical science, biomedical engineering, or related scientific field.

• 2–3 years of experience in medical devices or pharmaceutical sales in the UAE.

• Valid UAE driving license and car.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Bilingual: Arabic and English (mandatory).

• Strong time management, organization, and multitasking skills.

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Team player capable of performing well under pressure.
