Job Title: Product Packaging Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Packaging Assistant to support our production operations in the UAE. This full-time position plays a vital role in ensuring products are packaged with care, quality, and accuracy, aligning with company standards and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packaging & Labeling: Properly pack, label, and seal products to ensure they remain secure and undamaged during handling and transport.

• Quality Control: Perform visual inspections of finished products to identify any defects. Promptly report inconsistencies to supervisors.

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of packaging materials (e.g., boxes, tape, labels) and alert supervisors when supplies run low.

• Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing station. Ensure waste is disposed of correctly.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to meet daily packing targets. Communicate clearly to support smooth workflow.

• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety regulations and immediately report any risks, hazards, or incidents.

• Efficiency Improvement: Suggest process improvements to increase speed, reduce material waste, and improve overall packaging effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior experience in a packaging, warehousing, or production support role preferred

• Excellent attention to detail and strong observational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-driven environment

• Strong communication skills and a positive work attitude

• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry
