This full-time, on-site role requires a proactive professional with experience in ground handling, airport operations, and resource management. The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure product goals align with business objectives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineering, delivery, and architecture teams to drive product development.

• Analyze business functionality changes, define features, and translate them into user stories.

• Own the product lifecycle from ideation to release, including backlog prioritization and sprint management.

• Define use cases, product requirements, and technical specifications.

• Set KPIs, monitor product performance, and ensure business outcomes are achieved.

• Create process flow diagrams and engage with suppliers to manage backlog-related activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of product ownership/management experience.

• Domain expertise in Ground Handling, Airport Operations, or Resource Management.

• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.

• Proficient with Agile methodologies, business analysis, wireframing, and UML.

• Familiarity with product management tools and techniques.

• Adaptable, innovative, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
