IMPETUS EXECUTIVE SEARCH is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and management of payments and card products in Dubai. The role involves overseeing digital wallets, card payments, and payment processing systems, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product success.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Define product vision and strategy for payments and cards, aligning with business and market trends.
🔹 Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to post-launch optimization.
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, compliance, marketing, and sales.
🔹 Conduct market research and analyze competitor trends to enhance product offerings.
🔹 Prioritize product features based on customer needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
🔹 Define and track KPIs to measure product performance and drive improvements.
🔹 Ensure compliance with payment industry regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS, PSD2) and security standards.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
✔ 7+ years of experience in product management, specifically in payments, cards, or fintech.
✔ Proven track record of launching and scaling payment products.
✔ Strong understanding of digital wallets, card processing, payment gateways, and fraud prevention.
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies.
✔ Knowledge of payment industry regulations (PSD2, PCI-DSS).
✔ Technical knowledge of payment systems, APIs, and integration processes.
