Galadari Trucks & Heavy Equipment (GTHE), the official distributor of BOMAG road construction machinery in the UAE, is seeking a Product Manager – Paving Products. This role is critical in leading aftersales support operations for BOMAG machinery, ensuring top-tier customer service and technical excellence across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee product support activities for BOMAG equipment, ensuring efficient aftersales service and technical support.

• Provide expert-level technical assistance to customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders.

• Manage equipment performance analysis, warranty processes, and customer feedback systems.

• Serve as the main contact between GTHE and BOMAG’s regional and factory technical teams.

• Conduct technical workshops and product training to build internal service capabilities.

• Assist the sales team with pre-sales technical input, demos, and equipment walkarounds.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering (or a related field).

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in service/support of heavy equipment.

• Strong mechanical and hydraulic diagnostic skills.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer-facing skills.

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
