Almosafer, a leading travel company in Saudi Arabia and part of Seera Group, is looking for a Product Manager – OMS (Order Management System) in Dubai, UAE. The role requires technical expertise in API development, system engineering, and micro-services to enhance the company’s customer-enabling travel products.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Product Development & Strategy

• Translate product strategy into detailed technical requirements for development teams.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from conception to launch and maintenance.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery by working closely with product, engineering, and business teams.

🔹 Technical Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Act as the voice of the customer to align product development with user needs.
• Work with engineers, designers, and external technology providers to enhance product performance.
• Author user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog management for agile development.

🔹 Project Management & Problem-Solving

• Identify and resolve technical and operational blockers that impact project timelines.
• Analyze log files and data dashboards to identify potential system issues.
• Manage scope, trade-offs, and prioritization of competing product requirements.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

✔ Background in API development, system engineering, or technical product management.
✔ Experience in micro-service and event-driven architectures.
✔ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
✔ Project management expertise with experience handling multiple teams and priorities.
✔ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills across product, engineering, and external partners.
