Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) is seeking a highly experienced Product Manager to lead its digital and industrial product initiatives. The role involves defining product vision, managing portfolios across business units, driving digital transformation, and delivering Industry 4.0 solutions aligned with business KPIs. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, strategic stakeholder management, and hands-on involvement in agile product development from concept to launch.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and articulate clear product vision aligned with business objectives.

• Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

• Lead all stages of the product development lifecycle, including concept, design, development, and delivery.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure optimal product performance and adoption.

• Oversee multiple products across various business units, ensuring compliance with Industry 4.0 standards.

• Manage budgets, timelines, and risks, while proactively mitigating potential issues.

• Facilitate agile processes, including release planning, demos, and backlog management.

• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to product teams.

• Incorporate user feedback, market insights, and usability studies to improve product experience.

• Drive change management, training, and adoption across the organization.

Skills & Qualifications:

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline.

• 15+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in manufacturing or metals/mining/energy sectors.

• Strong track record in product management, operations, capital projects, and corporate functions.

• Formal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, or equivalent).

• Proficiency in agile tools and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and collaboration platforms (Jira, Confluence).

• Expertise in creating wireframes, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog grooming.

• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and complex business change initiatives.

• Mindset focused on collaboration, innovation, customer experience, and continuous improvement.
