Job Description

Yuze is seeking a Product Manager to lead the design and execution of scalable B2B and B2C fintech products. The ideal candidate will bridge business, technology, and operations to deliver cutting-edge digital financial solutions that meet the needs of diverse markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver product strategies for fintech solutions across multiple markets

  • Maintain detailed product roadmaps, timelines, and KPIs

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, BD, Finance, and Operations

  • Integrate third-party platforms to expand and enhance product capabilities

  • Manage full-cycle product implementations and ensure timely delivery

  • Troubleshoot integration and rollout issues in real-time

  • Track performance metrics and user feedback to optimize product performance

  • Stay on top of fintech trends, compliance, and competitive movements

  • Propose and drive innovation and differentiation in product offerings

  • Support internal teams through training, documentation, and rollout management


Requirements

  • Proven product management experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or digital banking

  • Strong background in product lifecycle management and agile methodologies

  • Familiarity with payment platforms, financial APIs, and regulatory environments

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills

  • Able to thrive in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments

  • Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus
