• The Product Manager will be responsible for driving product discovery, execution, and delivery in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment. The role focuses on improving customer growth, enhancing user experience, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment between product-market fit and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elevate user experience to drive customer growth by leveraging existing company-owned APIs.

• Conduct regular user interviews, usability tests, and competitor benchmarking to refine product direction.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineers, and designers to ensure product-market fit and business alignment.

• Manage feature delivery, timelines, backlog, sprint planning, and feature releases.

• Use analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions for product improvements.

• Facilitate team scrums and manage agile processes to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 4-10 years of experience in a product management role, preferably in a B2C SaaS company.

• Proven experience in leading customer growth initiatives.

• Strong ability to document product requirements from strategy to user stories.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong execution skills, managing timelines, scope, and trade-offs.

• Experience with tools like Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence, Notion, Hotjar, Amplitude, and Slack.

• High autonomy, comfortable working independently and proactively adjusting product scope as needed.

• Team player with collaborative skills across business and technical teams.
