Nameless Ventures is partnering with a fast-growing fintech startup in Dubai that focuses on building a tech-for-good product. With backing from some of the leading VCs in the world, this company is poised for success in the MENA region. They are seeking a Product Manager to help build a tech startup from the ground up, with an opportunity for an exit within 3-5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product development from ideation to execution, focusing on user-centric design and tech solutions.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and operations.

• Define product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and strategy based on market needs and business goals.

• Ensure alignment between business objectives and product development timelines.

• Continuously analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to make data-driven decisions.

• Manage product lifecycle and ensure successful launches of new features and updates.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager.

• Experience working in an early-stage/high-growth Fintech startup environment.

• Passionate about tech and startup culture with a strong desire to help build a company from scratch.

• Experience in North America or Europe is a plus.

• Arabic is an advantage but not required.

• A deep understanding of technology and the startup landscape.

• Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate across teams.
