6thStreet.com, a leading omnichannel fashion and lifestyle destination in the UAE and GCC, is looking for a Product Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of its e-commerce products. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the product strategy, ensure market alignment, and enhance the customer experience from conceptualization to post-launch analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with company objectives and market opportunities.

• Conduct market research and analysis to understand user needs, trends, and competitive landscapes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, scope, and success metrics.

• Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

• Define and analyze KPIs to evaluate product success and inform future decisions.

• Work with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.

• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics for improvements.

• Collect feedback from customers and internal teams to continuously improve product offerings.

• Lead a team of product owners and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, specifically in the e-commerce industry.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.

• Proven track record of managing products throughout their lifecycle.

• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.

• Strong leadership and experience working with cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
