Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Develop new products and improve existing ones.

• Strategic Opportunities: Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy.

• Collaboration: Work with product, marketing, and engineering teams to define and execute strategies.

• Leadership: Demonstrate thought leadership in design, storytelling, user research, and interaction design.

• Consumer Focus: Use data and customer insights to drive product vision and strategy.

• End-to-End Management: Oversee the entire design and development process, managing projects from start to finish.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional team environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

• Experience: 3-5 years in product management, especially for B2B clients and client-facing platforms (e.g., dashboards, commerce, or classified products).

• Skills:

  • Strong product instincts and technical knowledge.

  • Ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

  • Expertise in product management, UX/UI, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Knowledge of property portals and multiple functional areas (Sales, Customer Support, Finance, etc.).

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.

  • Ability to eliminate complexity and ambiguity to establish clear goals.
