Foundr Partners is seeking an experienced Product Management / Tech Lead for a newly established private equity investment platform in the Healthcare sector. This full-time hybrid role involves leading the development of digital infrastructure, product innovation, and tech enablement across the portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of B2B or B2C product suites in multi-site or operational environments

• Drive digital transformation, system integration, and tech adoption to increase efficiency

• Create intuitive solutions with a user-centric approach for patients, clinicians, or staff

• Collaborate closely with investment, operations, and commercial teams to align tech strategies with business outcomes

• Travel to the UAE as required for business needs

Requirements:

• Proven experience in product management and tech-enabled transformation

• Strong ability to build and scale product suites

• Deep understanding of user needs and ability to develop user-friendly solutions

• Ability to work cross-functionally and drive collaboration with diverse teams

• Candidates should have product management and tech experience; non-relevant candidates will be disqualified
