The role demands strong project coordination skills, collaboration across teams, and a solid understanding of travel systems and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track project progress, risks, and resources, supporting reporting and budget monitoring

• Assist in system, financial, and client setup, ensuring automation and compliance

• Coordinate with stakeholders to streamline onboarding, gather data, and provide training

• Support execution of client requirements, data integration for bookings, and invoicing

• Manage change requests and ensure timely delivery across project lifecycle

• Monitor processes, data quality, and reporting while recommending improvements

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth product deployment and procedural impact

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Management, Marketing, Tourism, or Hospitality)

• Experience in corporate travel or similar commercial operations role preferred

• Exposure to project coordination or implementation activities

• Knowledge of travel operations, GDS systems, reporting standards, and data integration

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and numerical skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
