Procurement Specialist – ARRISE

Role Overview:
The Procurement Specialist will manage the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with company policies. This role involves vendor management, contract negotiation, sourcing, purchasing, and cross-department collaboration to support ARRISE’s operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish relationships with reliable suppliers, negotiate favorable pricing and terms.

  • Lead vendor contract negotiations to maximize company value.

  • Manage sourcing and purchasing processes, including RFQs, bid evaluations, and purchase orders.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and industry best practices.

  • Monitor procurement budgets and optimize spending.

  • Oversee delivery processes to ensure timely and quality receipt of goods and services.

  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and other departments to address procurement needs.

  • Maintain detailed records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance; generate reports as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.

  • Experience in media, entertainment, or tech industry is a plus.

  • Strong negotiation skills and supplier relationship management.

  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent English communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
