We are hiring a results-driven Procurement Manager with deep experience in the cement industry and advanced proficiency in SAP S/4HANA. This role involves leading strategic sourcing efforts, managing supplier relationships, and driving cost-effective procurement aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate combines industry insight with technological proficiency and leadership skills.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies specific to the cement manufacturing sector.

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes through SAP S/4HANA (requisitions, purchase orders, vendor setup, reporting).

• Source and negotiate with vendors to secure high-quality materials at optimal pricing.

• Lead supplier evaluation, onboarding, and performance management.

• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal procurement policies.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, logistics, and finance teams.

• Monitor global raw material markets and supply chain risks.

• Drive inventory optimization and cost control initiatives.

• Prepare real-time procurement analytics and dashboards via SAP S/4HANA.

• Lead contract development and negotiation aligned with business objectives.

✅ Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 7–10 years of procurement experience in the cement industry.

• Hands-on expertise with SAP S/4HANA (Procurement Module).

• Demonstrated ability to manage large supplier portfolios and contract negotiations.

• Strong data analysis, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
