• Perfetti Van Melle is seeking a Procurement Manager based in Dubai to support export operations across the MEA & CIS regions. The role involves managing the “Request to Pay” process, including sourcing, procurement, and supplier relationships. The Procurement Manager will develop procurement strategies, optimize supplier networks, and ensure cost-effective sourcing in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement regional and global procurement strategies.

• Manage vendor allocation, contracts, price lists, payment terms, etc., in compliance with PVM policies.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to ensure cost-effective procurement for export markets.

• Act as the main point of contact for internal customers and external suppliers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

• Ensure procurement processes comply with international trade regulations, export documentation, and customs requirements.

• Monitor procurement costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of procurement experience in FMCG, specifically for export markets in the MEA region.

• Strong knowledge of international trade, import/export regulations, and logistics.

• Proven experience in handling indirect procurement and services.

• Excellent negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in cost analysis and procurement optimization.

• Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and procurement software like ARIBA.

• Fluency in English required, Arabic knowledge is preferred.
