Infinia Technologies is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead project-based procurement in the technology sector. The role involves managing end-to-end procurement for IT hardware, software, licensing, and digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong vendor management, negotiation, and contract management skills, ensuring cost-effective and compliant procurement aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement of IT hardware, software, and licensing for technology projects.

• Develop sourcing strategies, select vendors, and manage negotiations and contracts.

• Conduct techno-functional evaluations of vendors, including specs, SLAs, and licensing models.

• Support procurement for data centers, AI, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Oversee supply chain, logistics, and inventory planning to meet project deadlines.

• Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, budgets, and project requirements.

• Collaborate with IT, project, and finance teams to align sourcing strategies with organizational objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; additional qualification in supply chain/procurement preferred.

• Experience: 7–10 years in project-based procurement, ideally in technology sectors.

• Strong understanding of IT hardware, software, and licensing models.

• Proven expertise in vendor management and contract negotiations.

• Experience in procurement for technology-driven projects.

• Skilled in contract drafting, tendering, and bid evaluation.

• Strong background in cost analysis, optimization, and budget management.

• Knowledge of supply chain and project lifecycle in IT and digitalization projects.
