Ejadah is looking for a Procurement Executive to manage the procurement process, vendor negotiations, and cost control strategies. The role involves sourcing goods and services, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective procurement while adhering to company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Procurement Planning & Strategy – Collaborate with departments to identify procurement needs and align with business objectives.
✅ Vendor Management – Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
✅ Purchasing & Order Management – Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate procurement records.
✅ Cost Control & Budget Management – Implement cost-saving strategies, ensure compliance with procurement policies, and manage budgets effectively.
✅ Inventory Management – Work with inventory teams to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent shortages.
✅ Reporting & Documentation – Prepare procurement reports, supplier evaluations, and contract documentation for senior management.
Job Requirements:
📌 Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Procurement.
- 2–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in Facilities Management.
- Professional certification (CIPS, CPSM) is a plus.
📌 Skills & Competencies:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations & best practices.
- Experience with procurement software (Oracle Fusion preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and vendor relationships.
- Driving license required.
