Alabbar Enterprises & ANOTHER is a UAE-based retail and F&B group representing renowned brands like Candylicious, Ethan Allen, Yogurtland, Garrett Popcorn, and multiple food concepts including Social House, Karak House, Angelina, and more. The Procurement Executive will implement efficient procurement practices ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery, while supporting the Procurement Manager in vendor relations, tendering, and contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cost-saving strategies.

• Identify and execute value-creation opportunities.

• Review, clarify, and act on purchase requests.

• Ensure supplier compliance with quality standards and timelines.

• Adhere to internal procurement workflows and audit protocols.

• Maintain ethical vendor relations.

• Source suppliers for both Food and Non-Food categories.

• Support continuous improvement of procurement practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• 3–5 years of proven experience in procurement, ideally in F&B, hospitality, or retail.

• Driving license (UAE) is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of Food and Non-Food sourcing.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Customer service-oriented mindset with flexible work approach.
