Mohamed Hilal Group is seeking a dynamic Procurement Executive to join their team. The role involves developing and executing procurement strategies, optimizing sourcing processes, and managing vendor relationships. The executive will focus on ensuring cost-effective procurement solutions that align with the company’s objectives, with an emphasis on construction and fit-out procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness

• Manage purchase orders, ensure timely delivery, and resolve delivery, quality, and pricing issues

• Coordinate with the Finance Department for smooth procurement operations

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance

• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships for stable pricing and quality assurance

• Negotiate long-term agreements and evaluate supplier performance

• Implement cost-control measures and identify cost-saving opportunities

• Maintain and streamline the vendor master database and vendor management processes

• Collaborate with the Finance team for timely payments and efficient transaction processing

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on strategic sourcing and cost negotiation

• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, and supplier evaluation

• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software, with strong MS Office skills
