🏢 Company Overview:

Novus Project Management Services, in collaboration with MADOTA Technical Services, delivers end-to-end project management for bespoke, high-end villa projects across Dubai’s most luxurious locations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines, budgets, and company objectives.

• Evaluate and qualify vendors and suppliers based on quality, cost-effectiveness, reliability, and delivery timelines.

• Create, distribute, and manage RFPs/RFQs, ensuring accuracy and clarity in project specifications.

• Perform cost analysis to identify savings opportunities while maintaining material quality.

• Lead contract negotiations to secure optimal terms and pricing.

• Ensure full compliance with internal procurement policies and relevant external regulations.

• Coordinate closely with quality control teams to ensure purchased items meet project standards.

• Oversee end-to-end order management, ensuring timely deliveries aligned with project schedules.

• Manage vendor relationships, conduct performance reviews, and build a database of approved suppliers.

• Act as a technical liaison between engineering teams and vendors, resolving specification or delivery-related concerns.

• Maintain a “Material Bank” with detailed info on specifications, sources, and landing costs to support future procurement planning.

• Administer and monitor supplier contracts, ensuring alignment with both short-term needs and long-term goals.

📚 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in civil, interior fit-out, finishing, or renovation projects (preferably high-end residential or villa sector).

• Strong understanding of materials used in luxury construction including:

  • Stones (marble, granite, tiles)

  • Wall paneling, joinery items, lighting, CP fixtures, and sanitaryware

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and vendor management skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Knowledge of construction material markets and sourcing options.

• Proficient in MS Office, ERP tools, and procurement software.

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 10,000 (inclusive of fixed allowances)

• Additional Benefits:

  • Annual paid leave (per UAE labor law)
