Greenfix Property Care is seeking an experienced Procurement Engineer to join its dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on driving cost-effective, timely, and quality procurement of materials and services essential for project execution, especially in the steel and industrial sectors.

The ideal candidate will bring 8–12 years of procurement experience with a strong grasp of steel materials, CAPEX procurement, supplier markets, and negotiation strategies. The role also involves close collaboration with internal departments such as engineering, finance, and legal to ensure that procurement operations meet project and company goals.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and manage procurement documentation including RFPs, bid evaluations, and contracts.

  • Lead commercial evaluations and negotiate with suppliers to finalize favorable terms.

  • Liaise with engineering, project, finance, and legal teams for procurement alignment.

  • Maintain compliance with procurement processes and project timelines.

  • Support supplier onboarding and evaluate ongoing performance to ensure quality and reliability.


Skills & Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of procurement experience, ideally in engineering or industrial sectors.

  • Strong understanding of steel materials, fabrication processes, and supplier networks.

  • Proven track record in CAPEX procurement and managing complex technical packages.

  • In-depth knowledge of commercial terms, sourcing strategies, and contract management.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
