AudaCity Capital Management, a leading proprietary trading funding firm established in 2012, is seeking a highly organized Process Specialist to join their remote team. This full-time role is perfect for operations-driven professionals who thrive in system optimization, documentation, and process improvement.

You’ll play a key role in streamlining internal systems, building SOPs, managing transitions between tools, and helping establish a lean back-office team. AudaCity Capital is known for empowering traders globally with funding and strategic support — and now, they’re investing in operational excellence by hiring someone who can turn operational chaos into clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, document, and organize a complete SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) library across departments, starting with admin and compliance

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to extract and formalize informal processes into repeatable workflows

  • Set up and manage internal reporting tools for dashboards, audits, and spend tracking

  • Lead the transition from Asana to Basecamp with defined project templates and management standards

  • Support ongoing operational tasks in admin, marketing, and compliance

  • Form and manage a small internal back-office team to maintain structure and ensure process integrity

First 3–6 Months Success Metrics:

  • A centralized SOP repository is complete and actively used

  • Internal reporting systems are up and running, tracking LTV, campaign performance, and expense allocation

  • Basecamp is successfully implemented as the main project management tool

  • A lean and efficient back-office team is in place, supporting daily operational tasks and reporting

Must-Have Skills:

  • Experience in operations, admin, compliance, or internal systems management

  • Expertise in documentation: SOP creation, knowledge base organization, and templates

  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Basecamp, Notion, Trello)

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-motivated, independent worker with cross-functional collaboration ability

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ year experience rolling out new systems or tools

  • Understanding of marketing metrics like LTV, CAC, ROAS (or willingness to learn)

  • Proficient in spreadsheets and dashboards (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, etc.)

  • Background in fintech, trading, or compliance is a plus
