ENOC is seeking a highly experienced Process Safety Advisor to support and strengthen the Process Safety Management System within its subsidiary, Dugas. The role involves leading process safety initiatives, audits, training, and risk management programs in alignment with ENOC’s EHSQ strategy and international best practices. This senior role requires technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to drive a strong safety culture across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Dugas’ Process Safety Management (PSM) framework and KPIs.

• Align Dugas’ PSM system and emergency response plans with ENOC standards.

• Lead process safety training on topics such as PSM, JSA, MOC, incident investigation, and emergency response.

• Conduct incident investigations using Tap Root methodology and prepare root cause analyses.

• Actively contribute to FRA, SIL, EERA, MOC, and HAZOP studies for new projects and modifications.

• Manage internal/external audit tracking systems and ensure timely closure of findings.

• Maintain and update process safety policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with global best practices.

• Support and oversee risk management, mechanical/technical integrity, and facility siting processes.

• Build strong partnerships across operations, projects, and leadership to foster a proactive process safety culture.

• Ensure compliance of project designs with regulatory standards and ENOC’s operational excellence framework.

• Serve as a focal point for process safety risk management and lead external professional engagements.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering.

• At least 20 years of industrial experience in the petroleum sector, with 10+ years in process safety/risk management leadership.

• Strong background in oil & gas plant operations and process engineering.

• Certifications/diplomas in EHSQ, Process Safety, or Risk Management.

• In-depth knowledge of international EHSQ codes, standards, and best practices.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and change management abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project Management).
