Anotech is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to support offshore engineering projects in the oil and gas sector. This contract-based role requires hands-on expertise in process simulations, PFDs, P&IDs, flare system design, and coordination with project teams under the guidance of the Lead Process Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform process engineering tasks on assigned offshore projects

• Utilize Hysys/Unisim for process simulation and Aspen Flarenet for flare calculations

• Prepare or check key deliverables such as:

  • Process simulations and heat/material balances

  • Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)

  • Process datasheets for equipment and instruments

  • Equipment lists, line lists, fluid lists

  • Flare radiation, dispersion, and depressurization studies

  • Safe charts and safeguarding diagrams

  • Operating philosophies and manuals

• Ensure scope compliance and raise notifications for scope changes

• Coordinate with PMT and cross-discipline engineers

• Support drawing development and documentation filing with drafting and Lead Engineer

• Participate in internal document checking (IDC) process

Qualifications:

• 10–15 years of process engineering experience in the oil & gas industry

• Strong background in offshore wellhead/process platform design

• Proficiency in process documents, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment sizing, and line sizing

• Practical experience using Hysys/Unisim and Aspen Flarenet

• Ability to understand and develop detailed engineering documents

• Excellent coordination and communication skills
