We are looking for a Golf Pro Shop Attendant to join our dynamic team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Job Purpose:

As a Golf Pro Shop Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for members and guests, providing a warm welcome and expert service. Your role will involve assisting with sales, merchandising, and golf operations, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist members and guests, providing knowledgeable advice on products and services.

• Manage point-of-sale transactions, including green fee sales, merchandise purchases, and member billing.

• Reconcile daily tee sheets, process check-ins, and handle payments.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked pro shop.

• Assist with pricing, displaying, and promoting merchandise.

• Follow opening and closing procedures for the pro shop.

• Answer inquiries, assist with scheduling tee times, and provide course-related information.

• Support golf operations, including bag drop, driving range, starter, and marshal duties.

• Stay updated with product knowledge training to enhance customer service and sales.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Passion for golf and knowledge of golf operations is an advantage.

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in retail or hospitality (preferably in the golf industry) is desirable but not essential.

• Reliable, well-organized, and committed to delivering outstanding service.
