Job Description:
Mapa Limak Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Government Relations Officer (GRO) with strong knowledge of the RTA and other municipal authorities. The role focuses on securing permits, coordinating with government entities, managing compliance for heavy equipment, and overseeing traffic-related operations for construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Obtain necessary permits for sites with special requirements.

• Coordinate with RTA and other government authorities to secure approvals.

• Ensure proper registration, insurance, and inspections for equipment.

• Manage permits for heavy equipment transport, road closures/diversions, and lifting operations.

• Handle traffic-related incidents and violations, ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Draft formal correspondence and official letters in Arabic.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience dealing with RTA and other government authorities in the UAE.

• Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken), with strong drafting skills.

• Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Good understanding of municipal processes and compliance requirements.

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
