Clifford Chance, one of the world’s leading international law firms, is looking for an experienced Private Credit / Fund Finance Lawyer to join its Banking and Finance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess 4–6 years of post-qualified experience in fund finance and corporate lending, with strong technical, drafting, and commercial skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead complex fund finance and private credit transactions under both English and UAE law.

• Advise a wide range of clients, including sovereign wealth funds, banks, corporates, and private capital investors.

• Draft, negotiate, and execute financing documents including syndicated loans, acquisition finance, and NAV facilities.

• Work on cross-border deals with multi-jurisdictional elements and bespoke security structures.

• Collaborate with partners and colleagues on innovative legal solutions and support junior team members.

• Participate in training programs, industry events, and internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• 4–6 years post-qualified legal experience at a leading law firm.

• Expertise in fund finance, corporate finance, and private credit transactions.

• First-class legal, analytical, and drafting skills.

• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.

• Excellent academic credentials.

• Strong client-facing, organizational, and transaction management capabilities.
