Ateca Consulting is hiring an experienced Private Banker for a prestigious local institution in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for dynamic bankers with an entrepreneurial mindset and a robust client network. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in private banking, with a proven ability to attract and onboard high-net-worth clients. You should bring a current book of business with a minimum of $150M AUM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, with a focus on attracting and retaining clients.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction and growth.

• Onboard new clients with a minimum $1M per client for account opening.

• Work in close collaboration with Family Offices, EAMs, and Private Banks to meet client needs.

• Leverage your client network and private banking experience to expand business opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in private banking or wealth management.

• Proven background in front-office roles, specifically with EAMs, Family Offices, or Private Banks.

• Existing book of business with at least $150M AUM, with a minimum of $1M per client for new account openings.

• Strong “hunter” mentality, with a demonstrated ability to attract and onboard new clients.

• International candidates are welcome, with relocation support available.
