Deutsche Bank is hiring a Client Service Executive for its Global South Asia team in Dubai, UAE. The role supports Relationship Managers (RMs) and Investment Managers (IMs) in managing client servicing and operational processes. The ideal candidate will provide account management, transaction processing, operational support, and client relationship services while ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Client Servicing & Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for RMs and clients for account inquiries and transactions.
• Manage account documentation, balances, and maintenance activities.
• Support RMs in client meetings and assist with financial transactions.

💼 Operations & Administrative Support:

• Process client instructions related to remittances, security transfers, and account updates.
• Assist with new account opening, ensuring documentation compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams (KYC, onboarding, operations, business management) for client requests.
• Monitor loan covenants, margin calls, and structured financial products.

📑 Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure all processes align with Deutsche Bank’s policies and regulatory standards.
• Assist in regulatory reporting, risk management, and audit compliance.
• Support RMs in managing credit facilities, risk exposure, and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

🎓 Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in client servicing, relationship management, or financial operations within the banking sector.

💡 Skills & Competencies:

• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of financial products, investment services, and banking operations.
• Experience in handling regulatory compliance, KYC, and risk management.
