Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, service, and repair printers and photocopiers efficiently.

• Provide routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal device performance.

• Collaborate with the technical team to meet client needs and deadlines.

• Maintain accurate service records and parts inventory.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in servicing and repairing printers and photocopiers.

• Valid UAE driving license is required.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset.

• Prior experience in a technical or IT support role is an advantage.
