This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to work in a high-impact position within a dynamic, mission-driven organization. The role is suited for a strategic and forward-thinking recruitment professional with experience in leading complex hiring initiatives and ensuring a world-class candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives across multiple regions

• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, provide market insights, and ensure effective communication throughout the hiring process

• Utilize ATS and CRM systems to manage candidates and streamline the hiring journey

• Source talent through traditional and non-traditional channels, including social media and professional networks

• Conduct offer negotiations, ensuring alignment with compensation guidelines

• Maintain ethical recruiting practices and promote diversity and inclusion in hiring

• Monitor recruitment KPIs and generate detailed reports to optimize talent acquisition performance

• Mentor and guide junior recruitment team members and contribute to continuous process improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 10 years of recruitment experience, including 5+ years in a senior or lead role

• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

• Executive presence, data-driven mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday), CRM tools, and recruitment analytics

• High ethical standards and strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or certifications like PHR/SPHR

• Deep knowledge of global recruitment trends and best practices

• Advanced organizational and presentation skills
