This on-site, full-time opportunity is ideal for a senior civil engineering professional with expertise in roads and transportation design, especially within the GCC region.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring high performance and achievement of project goals.

• Collaborate with Project Managers to identify and mitigate financial and technical risks.

• Enhance internal capabilities by sharing technical knowledge across the team.

• Prepare project proposals and deliver presentations to clients as required.

• Analyze and improve existing work systems and processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

• Plan and control project budgets and resources for successful commercial outcomes.

• Oversee and manage complex infrastructure contracts and project timelines.

• Contribute to business development initiatives and strategic planning.

• Foster strong communication across stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and agencies.

• Build a culture of collaboration, learning, and career growth within the team.

• Promote a safety-first environment in alignment with KEO’s HSE policies.

✅ Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Roads or Transportation.

• Minimum 12 years of experience, including leadership roles in major road infrastructure projects.

• Proven experience working on road networks in the GCC region is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of Smart City integration from a transport planning perspective.

• Strong grasp of GCC roads regulations and infrastructure policies.

• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams within large-scale masterplans.
