Guildhall, a premier executive search and recruitment firm in the UAE, is launching a new division dedicated to supporting the region’s thriving tech and Web3 startup ecosystem. We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Principal Recruitment Consultant to spearhead this vertical, partnering with cutting-edge startups in blockchain, fintech, crypto, and emerging technologies.

In this high-impact role, you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle—from business development and client engagement to sourcing and placing top-tier tech professionals. You’ll work closely with visionary founders, CTOs, and HR leaders to match them with exceptional talent while playing a key role in establishing Guildhall’s presence in the future-facing sectors of technology and Web3.

🌟 Responsibilities:

• Build and manage client relationships with innovative tech startups across the UAE and GCC.

• Drive end-to-end recruitment across roles such as Software Engineers, Blockchain Developers, Product Managers, and more.

• Expand Guildhall’s footprint through strategic networking, event participation, and targeted outreach within the tech ecosystem.

• Offer insights on compensation trends, candidate availability, and hiring strategies.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to scale the Web3 & Tech vertical from the ground up.

🎯 Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, tech sales, or business development—preferably in the startup or technology sector.

• Strong interest in blockchain, Web3, crypto, or emerging digital technologies.

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven approach.

• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
