Guildhall is a leading executive search and recruitment agency in the UAE and MENA, recognized for tailored hiring solutions and deep market insight. They’re launching a new vertical focused on Tech & Web3 startups across the GCC.

🎯 Role Purpose

Take charge of launching and scaling Guildhall’s Tech & Web3 recruitment vertical, focusing on blockchain, fintech, and crypto startups. You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment, from client acquisition to candidate placement.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Partner with founders, CTOs, and HR leads in tech startups.

• Source and recruit for roles like Software Engineers, Blockchain Developers, Product Managers, etc.

• Drive the full recruitment cycle: BD, candidate engagement, placement.

• Promote Guildhall’s brand through tech events, meet-ups, and online engagement.

• Offer consultative insights on salaries, market trends, and candidate supply.

🔑 Requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience in recruitment, sales, or BD (ideally in tech or startups).

• Strong passion for Web3, blockchain, crypto, and emerging tech.

• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.

• Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven attitude.

• English fluency; other languages are a bonus.
