9E Global, a leading innovator in the built environment, is seeking a Principal AVIT/Security Systems Engineer to join their dynamic team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a highly experienced professional with deep expertise in IT systems, project leadership, and design engineering. The successful candidate will play a key role in project execution, business development, and ensuring high-quality engineering outcomes in the Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Engineering:

• Serve as Project Engineer or Design Engineer based on project scale and complexity

• Manage design and construction phases, ensuring task quality, profitability, and timely delivery

• Lead a team of engineers and technicians, and coordinate with internal and external resources

• Develop and deliver client proposals, negotiate fees, and manage budgets

• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and risk management

• Ensure QA standards are upheld throughout project delivery

Business Development & Client Engagement:

• Act as a brand ambassador for 9E Global

• Present solutions and technical expertise to clients

• Support fee negotiations and manage client expectations

• Drive task profitability and effective resource planning

Company Operations:

• Understand and align with company mission, business plan, and operational challenges

• Contribute to procedural development and internal meetings

• Uphold company policies relating to health & safety, quality, and training

Technical Expertise:

• Demonstrate all-round technical competence in AVIT and Security Systems

• Review and approve technical deliverables throughout project stages

• Apply knowledge of BIM standards, 3D design workflows, and analytical modeling

• Execute designs with consideration of buildability, procurement strategies, and risk assessment

QHSE Compliance:

• Adhere to and implement QHSE policies and regulatory guidelines

• Coordinate safety procedures within the workplace

• Report incidents to the relevant QHSE departments and legal authorities

Candidate Requirements:

• BSc, MSc, or HNC in Computer Science or relevant discipline

• 10–12 years of experience in AVIT/Security Systems Engineering

• Certifications such as RCDD, CCNE, or CIBSE preferred

• Proven experience in Middle East-based projects

• Strong project management and leadership capabilities

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Knowledge in BIM, construction techniques, and QA processes
